Blue Ribbon creates unique culinary events customized for your team building needs and specifications. All of our classes are completely hands-on and taught by an international cast of professional chef instructors.
Watch as your group chops, sautés, and flambés their way to a better working relationship.
Clients include Microsoft, Starbucks, Boeing, New York Times, State Farm Insurance, Nordstroms, Home Stone Mortgage, GlaxoSmithKline, Eddie Bauer, KPMG, Avanade and Washington Mutual.
Fun culinary events can also be custom-designed for families or private groups, including anniversaries, birthdays, and family reunions.
State of the Art Waterfront Facility
Blue Ribbon Culinary Center is a 5200 square foot over-the-water facility offering French country charm on the shores of Lake Union. Our lakeside windows wrap our facility boasting views of the space needle, Gas Works Park, and a breathtaking sunset silhouette of the Aurora bridge. Featuring state-of-the-art kitchens, barbeque and grilling deck, dining and banquet rooms, dance floor and outdoor deck. Groups of up to 200 people.
Small Chef/Student Ratio
At least one professional Chef Instructor is provided for every 12 guests. Groups rotate through stations and receive hands-on instruction from award winning chefs including some from the Seattle area’s top dining establishments. Gusts make meals together and later celebrate by enjoying the dishes they have prepared.
The menu and format for each event is custom-designed. Prices vary accordingly. Please call or visit our website for more information. Blue Ribbon is open daily. Group events generally last three hours and can be arranged for any time of day.
