Located only twenty minutes from the Tri-Cities, Terra Blanca offers an interruption-free facility where meeting productivity and goals are not only met, but exceeded.
With 7,700 sq. ft. of banquet spaces and 9,100 sq. ft. of additional outdoor terraces and courtyards, Terra Blanca can accommodate any event of up to 350 guests, offering them stunning views of the lower Yakima Valley. A tour of our extensive underground barrel caves complete the winey experience for your attendees.
Our on-site Facility Director coordinates all meeting and catering needs, working with multiple preferred caterers to ensure menus tailored to your event and paired perfectly with our wines. For meeting technology needs, Terra Blanca offers a second entirely separate network for our corporate guests. Our ample bandwidth provides high speed wireless internet suitable for web conferencing and much more. In house audio visual includes two 8x10 built-in drop-down screens, wireless microphones and speakers.
Meeting Planner Package: Terra Blanca offers meeting planners a convenient and stress-free Meeting Planner Package for all groups traveling to the greater Tri-Cities area. This package offers discounted room rental fees, audio visual and internet needs, along with full food and beverage services throughout your meeting.
Team Building & Recess Breaks: Unique wine blending, barrel cave tours and vineyard exercises customized for your attendees for afternoon breaks or to conclude your meeting day. Private wine tasting with winemaker, Keith Pilgrim, and special trained Wine Educators.
