• Servers: Food and alcohol service must be provided by the caterer you select
• Bar Facilities: Alcohol is allowed if served by a licensed bartender; permits and insurance may apply
• Dance Floor: Built-in dance floor available
• Linens, China and Glassware: Provided by your caterer or an outside rental company
• Decorations: We are flexible and happy to review your ideas
• Cleanup: Facility Staff provided on-site to set-up and tear-down facility equipment and monitor event; caterer and client also responsible for assistance with clean-up requirements

• Audio Visual and Equipment: LCD Projector and AV screen, TV/DVD, twireless internet access, sound system and microphone

This two-story facility provides upstairs dressing or break-out rooms, a large preparation kitchen for your caterer. Events take place in the Great Room, Deck or Garden.
