Banquet Services
• Equipment: Tables: 8', 6', 60" round; chairs; platforms; pipe and drape
• Decorations: Provided by the show producer or contracted with the caterer or an outside vendor
• Servers, Bar Facilities, Linens, China and Glassware: Provided by caterers
• Cleanup: Basic cleanup is included in the rental fee
Meeting and Event Services
• Audio Visual and Equipment: All facilities include house sound system and some include built-in projection screens; a portable projection screen available upon request; additional audio visual equipment can be provided by a preferred provider
