Parking: Metered street parking, and paid-parking garage. Parking garage is $3/hour before 5pm and $5 flat rate after 5pm. Valet Parking available under the Clock Friday and Saturday night
Seating: (16) 6-foot rectangular tables, (16) 30” round tables, 115 plastic/metal chairs available
Servers: Must be provided by client or hired caterer.
Bar Facilities: Must be provided by client or hired caterer. Must have banquet or special event license.

Audio Visual and Equipment: Audio systems with microphone capabilities and iPod inputs in both Elliott Bay Room and Atrium Loft. Rentals available: Projector and Screens, (2) 50-inch LCD flat screen TVs, 2 hand-held microphones, 6 tabletop conference microphones
