Reservations accepted up to one year in advance. A non-refundable $600.00 deposit due at signing of contract. Rental balance due 60 days prior to event.

• Seating: Tables and chairs provided for seating up to 250 guests; various layouts possible
• Servers: Provided through caterer or client
• Bar Facilities: Alcohol provided by client. Banquet permit required. Mobile bar unit available
• Dance Floor: 3,000 square-foot room; any portion available for dancing; carpeted stage at front of hall
• Linens and Napkins: Linens and napkins available through caterer or various rental companies; referrals available
• China and Glassware: China, glassware, and service ware available through caterer or various rental companies; referrals available
• Cleanup: Client responsible for clean-up. K of C will break down tables and chairs. Facility to be returned to its original condition prior to client’s activity
• Decorations: Nothing to be attached to walls or ceilings; no confetti, glitter, grains, or similar materials permitted in the facility
Located at the top of Capital Hill, the Colonial Room is an elegant 3,000 square foot private room. It's the perfect place for your special event. The banquet hall and lobby have been updated, but still retain their turn of the century charm. A commercial kitchen is available for use by a licensed caterer. Tables and chairs are available for seating up to 250 guests. This is a smoke-free environment and is also wheelchair accessible. There is parking adjacent to the building and we are conveniently located to major downtown hotels.
