FUNCTIONAL HISTORIC CHARM

Clise Mansion is scenically situated in King County's Marymoor Park. It is a classic early 1900's country estate offering the Great Room Suite, Reception Room and North Suite of rooms for meetings and special events.
     Total useable indoor space is approximately 4500 sq ft and can accommodate 250-360 people for a reception. Our largest single space can comfortably seat 100 guests.
     The large private backyard complete with brick courtyard and gazebo are included with your rental. Seasonally, the surrounding private gardens extend the potential useable space and maximum number of guests to well over 800 people.
     Stained glass panels and original Greene and Green arts and crafts era details enhance your experience. The Clise glows with seasonal warmth with the December holiday decorations and exterior lighting.
