Catering: Small groups are handled by BIMA Bistro. List of preferred caterers available for larger groups.

Price Range: Rental rate sheet available at BIMA website;  non-profit rates available

Deposit: Required to secure your date.100% of rental fees are to be paid at time of Agreement.

Types of Events: Meetings, parties, receptions, banquets, film showings, concerts & presentations, auctions; BIMA has the flexibility to accommodate many types of events. 

ADA: BIMA is fully accessible

Parking: Available in adjacent lots; easy walk from ferry

Tables & Chairs: Tables provided by BIMA. Chairs must be rented.

Staff: Caterer and BIMA

Bar Facilities: BIMA provides bartending service;  outside alcohol allowed–inquire for details; corkage fee applied

Dance Floor: Dancing available on the plaza only with rented tent and dance floor on in Bistro

Linens, China, etc: Arranged by BIMA

Decorations: Some limitations; please inquire

Cleanup: Provided by BIMA and caterer
